Our Youth Advisory Board is a dynamic team of highly esteemed young leaders aged 11–18, all of whom have previously graduated from a Ment4 programme. Handpicked for their exceptional potential, they play a vital role in shaping the future of Ment4 by contributing to Programme Enhancement, Community Engagement, and Cultural Direction.​
Working closely with our senior leadership team, the Youth Advisory Board provides valuable insight, ensuring that our programmes remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with the needs of young people. Their lived experience and fresh perspectives help us to innovate, strengthen our connection with the community, and create a lasting impact.
